Formerly the Victorian kitchens, this is a quirky, one-bedroom apartment accessed through the gated garden. 6 steps lead from the Garden up to the apartment front door into the lounge.
The cosy lounge has a dining table and chairs, two easy-chairs, TV and “Day bed” (by day a settee, by night it can be a single bed - 3ft / 90cm wide). 
From the lounge there are 4 steps up to the unusual galley kitchen which is well equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dish-washer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
The lounge also leads to the double bedroom with its King-size bed (5ft / 150x200cm). There is room for your own travel cot if required.

The ensuite bathroom has a corner bath with an over-shower. Access to the bathroom is only from the bedroom so do make sure this is suitable for your party.
The approach is from Beach Road via a short footpath into the enclosed garden with its patio and garden furniture.

Bookable for 1 - 3 Adults (or 2 Adults + 2 small children ie 4 guests).  Please do speak to us before booking for 2 children so we can explain the layout of the beds.
