A non-refundable deposit is required when booking
Stays of 1-4 nights deposit required = 1st nights cost
5 nights or more deposit required = 25% of booking.
The balance is payable on arrival as cash,card or immediate bank transfer.
Cheques are not accepted at Racing Greens.

A non refundable deposit of 25% is required when booking.
The balance of payment is required 4 weeks before arrival.
Full payment is due when booking within 4 weeks of arrival,
Payments may be made by card or bank transfer.
Cheques can only be accepted if payment is made at least 4 weeks in advance.
CANCELLATIONS- GENERAL
You must phone us to advise us of any cancellation or changes to your booking.

We will be as helpful as we can, and all reasonable steps will be taken to re-let the accommodation which is no longer required.Where Minimum Stays apply, cancelling 1 night will mean the full booking will be cancelled.
Travel insurance may help cover unforeseen circumstances which may prevent you taking up your holiday booking.
CANCELLATIONS- Room Only
Any cancellation/amendments made less than 72 hours (3 days) of the arrival date, or Non-arrival as agreed, or if you leave early, you may be charged for the full stay.
CANCELLATIONS - SELF-CATERING APARTMENT
If cancelling after full payment, we shall attempt to re-let the accommodation and if successful we may refund up to 75% of the booking, less an administration fee of £30.
PETS: Assistance dogs are welcome but we cannot accept any other pets.
NO SMOKING: - NO smoking is permitted on our property (including Electronic / Vapour Cigarettes).
GENERAL: - We provide a peaceful environment; and ask guests to behave with respect and not inconvenience others withnoise or other nuisance behaviour. You will be asked to leave (without any refund) if your behaviour causes disturbance to others.You will be charged for any damage or loss caused by your neglect or irresponsible behaviour.
